How do I send my information for the ad screen?
You should email the company information you would like displayed to 200pros@gmail.com.

What should I include in my ad screen info?
The information you email for the ad screen should include your name, company name, phone, email, address(optional), company slogan(optional), company logo(optional), and any brief information you would like displayed.

Can I send animated images like Flash, Quicktime Movies, or GIF's?
We have not upgraded to animated images on the ad screen yet although we've had a few requests recently. Currently, you should only email JPEG or GIF(non animated) images. The higher the quality the better. Remember that your image represents your company.

Can I send more than 1 image?
Yes, you can send up to 5.

What are the specs of the images I send?
Ads should be at least 300 dpi with 1020/768 resolution or 800/600 with 300 dpi

What if I sign up and pay online but cannot attend?
If you sign up online but cannot attend, the amount you paid will be credited toward the admission of a future event. No refunds will be issued if we are not notified by phone or email within 24 hours after registration sales end.

When do online registrations usually end?
Registration sales usually end approximately 3 hours before event.

Can I sponsor a 200 Pros event exclusively?
Yes, exclusive event sponsorship is available! There are currently 2 options available; Basic and Executive. Each are detailed in the "Sponsorship Opportunities" post.

Can I advertise on the ad screen if I don't plan to attend?
Yes, general advertising is available for non-attendees starting at $30

When will I receive my Follow up Declaration?
You will receive your copy of the Follow up Declaration via email from 1 to 5 business days following the event.

What are the age ranges of the attendees?
Our attendees range in age between 25 through 55. The average age is 30.

What is a "Follow up Declaration"?
A Follow up Declaration is a professionally formatted HTML email containing all attendees company and contact information declaring you were present at the event and are open to future communications for the possibilities of conducting business.
